No, you can only choose the room type: hotel, upgraded cabin, or cabin. A specific room will be assigned to you from the category you chose.
Are we able to choose our roommates? If so, how do we choose our roommates?
Yes, you can choose your roommates. You need to select the ‘I want to room with’ option while registering and provide the person’s name and email address he/she used for registration.
I want my MBF/HBF child to room with their friend. Is this possible?
No, unless a parent rooms with them.
What if I need a disability room?
After you register for the conference, please send us a request using the ‘Contact Us’ button under the topic ‘housing’.
Is there family housing available?
Yes, there are upgraded cabins and hotel rooms available for family housing. You can choose the housing option during registration.
What happens if I lose my room key?
You need to report it to the housing team and you will need to pay $25 per lost key (Camp Wonderland charge).
What do I need to bring?
If you are staying in the cabin, you need to bring your own towel and linens.
What linens / towels will be provided?
All linens and towels are provided for the hotel and upgraded cabin. Those staying in standard cabins will receive a blanket and pillow, but should bring all other linens.
Is there a curfew / quiet hours?
There are no curfew hours but it is recommended to be quiet after 10:00 pm for those who are sleeping.

Can I change my room at the conference?
No, you can not change your room at the conference unless approved by the housing team. It will only be considered for special circumstances.
Is Wifi available?
Yes, it is available in the main chapel, meeting rooms, Wonderland Lodge & Sandpiper Hotel. It is not guaranteed in standard cabins or upgraded cabins.
