How to register after the online registration is closed?
If you still want to attend the conference after the online registration is closed, walk-in registration at the conference is available.
Do I register separately from my spouse?
Yes, each person should select adult registration. Note to include the spouse’s name of who you intend to room with. If bringing children, 1 parent registers for children while the other parent selects adult registration.
Do I need to select the same housing option as my spouse?
Yes, in order to stay in the same room. For instance, if your spouse selects the hotel option, then also select the hotel option.
Will childcare be provided at the Easter Conference?
No, there will not be childcare, but there will be children’s programs organized by Tim McEathron with parent participation. More details will be provided prior to the conference.
Is partial registration available?
No, this is not being offered for this conference due to system limitations on our conference registration website.
Is partial payment available?
Yes, a partial payment with a minimum of $50 is accepted. Remaining balance needs to be paid prior to registration website closing on March 18, 2022.
Can I stay in a hotel offsite?
Yes, but the full conference fee will be charged. We have a contractual obligation to meet for the number of full attendants for this conference at Wonderland Camp.
How many meals are provided at the conference?
5 meals: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast/lunch/dinner and Sunday breakfast.
Are linens provided?
All linens are provided for the hotel and upgraded cabin. Those staying in standard cabins will receive a blanket and pillow, but should bring all other linens.
Is Wifi available?
Yes, it is available in the main chapel, meeting rooms, Wonderland Lodge & Sandpiper Hotel. It is not guaranteed in standard cabins or upgraded cabins.
What Covid health and safety protocols will be enforced during the conference?
NONE at the moment. Kenosha County Health Department recommends wearing masks indoors, but it is not mandatory. See Covid Guideline here.
Camp Policies:
- Possession and/or use of alcohol are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. [If violated, all guests will be asked to leave the premises, and/or it may result in the inability to re-book].
- The Camp prohibits hunting, fireworks, firearms, ammunition, knives, weapons [anything that is perceived by Camp Administration as a weapon], or explosives on the facility grounds. The use of gasoline, flammables, poisonous substance and hand or power tools are restricted.
- Use of tobacco is prohibited in any buildings. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Gambling is prohibited.
- Hand and/or power tools are not to be used on the grounds without prior consent.
- Profane language is not acceptable.
- Pets are not allowed on camp grounds at anytime, except to assist a disabled individual.
- All motor vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. No parking on the grass.
- A noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Amplified noises of any kind is not allowed during this time.
- Use of rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc. are not allowed on The Camp grounds.
- All equipment being used during your retreat must be pre-approved with The Camp administration staff.
- Contracted meal times are to be observed. The Camp will not assume responsibility for the quality of food outside the contracted meal time.
- Shoes must be worn at all times, except on the beach, and inside the pool area.
- To ensure the safety of all guests, wristbands are to be worn by all guests at all times. Guests without wristbands must sign in at the main office. A $5.00 per person day pass fee may be charged. Meal tickets may also be purchased from the main office.
- Use of boats, archery, climbing wall, high ropes, climbing tower, challenge course and swimming pool, is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Contracted use of high and low ropes, climbing tower, zip line, giant swing or swimming, requires a camp trained facilitator. All participants are required to provide a signed Release of Liability. All guests under 18 will need a parent/guardian’s written permission to participate in these activities.
- Green painter’s tape is the only approved adhesive to be used on camp property. All others will result in damages being assessed. [Green painter’s tape may be purchased in the main office.]
