The Evangelism and Discipleship Workshop was held on Saturday, October 25, at the Milwaukee UBF Bible House located at 2976 N. Farwell Ave, Milwaukee, near UW–Milwaukee. The workshop started at 10:00 a.m. and continued until 11:20 a.m., led by Little Sarah, Dindo, and others. Afterward, participants enjoyed a lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by evangelism on campus from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. The event concluded with a time of debriefing and prayer from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., wrapping up a meaningful day of learning and hands-on evangelism training.

The Purpose of the workshop was to follow Jesus’s command “Go and make disciples…” especially by sharing the Good News of the Gospel using the bridge diagram. Little Sarah Kim and Dindo presented the point of helping others to repent and put their faith in Jesus as they learned of their sin, of our inability to save ourselves, but to find the gift of God in Jesus Christ as the Way of salvation. They focused on Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” They had a chance to practice and also go out to the campus together to witness to students using the bridge diagram. About 30 people attended the workshop and six groups were formed. The Gospel was shared with 20 people on campus.

Praise God that he saved lives of those who responded to the Gospel with a willing heart and desire to start a personal relationship with Jesus! Please pray for them to get connected with the church and grow in their faith through Bible study. Please pray for God’s protection over those who share the Gospel so that his kingdom may come to the lives of many in Milwaukee. May students were so moved by the workshop that they went out during the week and partnered to share the Gospel.
